Request a License

Personal license, paid license, rekey for replacement hardware, or renewal of your update window — start here.

What happens next

We'll review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with your license file (and, for paid tiers, pricing and payment instructions). Bridger licenses are tied to the workstation identified below.

Personal licenses

The Personal tier is free for non-commercial use. Use a personal email address. We'll follow up if a request looks like it's from a corporate domain or repeats an existing license. New to this? Read the FAQ first.

Your machine identifier

Open Bridger, go to Help → About Bridger, and click Get a License. Copy the identifier shown and paste it into the form.

Rekeys & renewals

Hardware dies and help desks replace machines. Select Rekey Existing License and we'll sort it out. Individual licenses include one rekey per year; beyond that, just ask. Personal licenses don't need renewals — just re-download the latest build each quarter.
